I was Born in Mexico, D.F., and I undertook my dance education in Barcelona where I carried out several dance courses and workshops. In 2009 I joined SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance) in Salzburg, Austria, where I graduated as a Major in Dance in 2012.

By the side of my professional dance career I started to get interested in Pilates, so I decided to include it in my daily training. In 2011 I started my Pilates Mat teacher education and in 2012 was certified as a Pilates instructor by BASI ™. Since then I had begun to give Group Mat classes as well as Individual training in Barcelona, Mexico and Salzburg. In 2015, as I was so fascinated with the results of the training, I decided to enroll for the “Comprehensive teacher Training Course” BASI (Body Arts and Science International) including Pilates with Pilates machines. I had taught in different countries and with different population.

My knowledge about dance and the body itself bring into the classes a combination of consciousness and deep work with fluid and harmonic exercises.
