I began practicing Hatha Yoga 13 years ago in Mexico City while I was still an undergraduate communication student. I was very inspired by the strength and flexibility of a teacher, Alfredo Vázquez Solís, who introduced me to Yoga at the Gym.

​Once I obtained my Bachelors of Arts degree as a producer of a Documentary Film, I decided to spend a year in the Canadian woods at a Sivananda Yoga community where I completed my first teacher training course.

​Back in Mexico, I did the equivalent of a Masters Degree in Film Screenwriting at Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica while simultaneously completing two more teacher training courses at Yoga Espacio.

​Love found me while spending time in Paris, thus I decided to move and teach in this beautiful city where I briefly studied with a dear Vinyasa colleague, Akenara.

​After more than a decade of practicing many popular styles*, I'm currently following courses with The Luminescent (Jason Birch, Jacqueline Hargreaves, Gavin Flood) and enrolled in an advanced certificate program at Yogic Studies with more contemporary and influential scholars (Mark Singleton, James Mallinson, Philipp Mass, Edwin Bryant, Adrián Muñoz, Seth Powell).

​Yoga is an ever-changing discipline that has forced me to become a never-ending student, life-time practitioner and passionate Yoga teacher.
